principal components of a dataset. The method is based on
Cory-Wright and Pauphilet &quot;Sparse PCA with Multiple Principal
Components&quot; (2026) &lt;doi:10.48550/arXiv.2209.14790&gt;. The
algorithm uses an iterative deflation heuristic with a
truncated power method applied at each iteration to compute
sparse principal components with controlled sparsity.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/jeanpauphilet/actions/runs/26299431518</link><pubDate>Fri, 22 May 2026 13:45:05 GMT</pubDate><r:package>msPCA</r:package><r:version>0.4.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://jeanpauphilet.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/jeanpauphilet/mspca</r:upstream></item></channel></rss>
